My Very Own Pumpkin Soup Recipe!

I realised last night that I forgot to buy spuds and then discovered that I didn't even have a recipe for Pumpkin Soup without potatoes in it. So after asking a few very helpful ladies about what they put in their soup I managed to come up with my very own.

After flipping through my cook books I realised how often cajun spiced meats were so often served on a bed of potato or pumpkin which led to it. It's simple to make and gives that wonderful warm feeling in your throat that you need so much in winter. I have managed to make it scalable too!

Fruit Muffins

Okay, so this must be my favorite muffin recipe of all times. Someone asked so I will share!
